CONFIRMATION AND
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR TOUR PACKAGES: Prices in
quotes are not final and are subject to availability. We
will send an invoice/confirmation form showing the confirmed
services with the final price. Attempt to confirm any
request will be made only upon receipt of a deposit . Some
products may require higher deposit amounts. Deposit will be
charged only when services are confirmed as per initial
request. If services and prices are confirmed as requested
and the client cancels there will be a cancellation fee per
booking. |

FINAL PAYMENT
FOR TOUR PACKAGES: Generally, final payment is
due 30 days prior to date of departure. Bookings within 45
days of departure are subject to immediate payment following
confirmation. All payments for bookings within 30 days of
departure must be paid by credit card only. Our office will
advise when products require payment earlier. If a debit/
credit card is submitted by the client we are not
responsible for any bank overdraft fees or any other charges
that might be charged by your bank. |

CHANGES AND
CANCELLATIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGES: For a confirmed
booking any change after confirmation has a fee of 2000. If
the change results in a cancellation of previously confirmed
services, then the following cancellation penalties will
apply. If cancellation is received in writing by Jeet Travel
at least 30 days prior to departure, a full refund will be
made, minus a 2000 administrative charge plus the applicable
supplier cancellation fees. For cancellations received
within 30 days of departure a 50% cancellation penalty will
be imposed. No refunds will be made 7 days prior to
departure. Some packages (Carnival, New Year's Eve) are
non-refundable. Different cancellation penalties may apply
during holiday periods. Hotels, airlines or other suppliers
may have stricter cancellation penalties than those
described above. In those cases, the customer will pay the
penalties the suppliers impose to us. We strongly recommend
that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover such
cancellation fees. Please consult our special protection
plan. Group bookings have their own terms and conditions. |

AIR TICKETS
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Some airfares used for your
tour itinerary may have to be ticketed by a date before your
final payment for your package is due. For those, we must
receive payment before we issue tickets. |

ACCOMMODATIONS:
All hotel descriptions reflect the most updated information
provided by the property at time of printing. Jeet Travel
cannot be held responsible for the condition of
accommodations. There may be charges applicable for some
amenities listed in these descriptions as free, and
availability may vary by season. In these instances, Jeet
Travel is not responsible for any charges incurred by the
traveler in utilizing such amenities and client agrees not
to make Jeet Travel responsible for the availability and/or
accessibility of any and all facilities and services at time
of stay. Client will notify any dissatisfaction with rooms
or hotel facilities with the hotel’s management during the
passenger’s stay and will not make Jeet Travel responsible
for the dissatisfaction. Hotels, at times, just like
airlines, create overbooking conditions. In overbooking
cases, compensation and arranging accommodations in another
hotel is the responsibility of the hotel and passengers must
negotiate all compensation with the hotel during the stay
and not make Jeet Travel responsible for any financial
compensation due to the overbooking situation. |

CANCELLATION
POLICY: Holiday or New Year's deposits are
non-refundable. Some tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE after
departure date and some fares are completely NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special cancellation rules apply during Holiday Season. All
cancellations must be in writing. Group reservations have
their own Terms and Conditions, which will be sent to you at
time of booking. |

REFUNDS:
Any claims for refunds must be made IN WRITING within 30
days of scheduled departure. All negotiable vouchers and/or
air tickets must accompany the claim. No refunds will be
made for features included in our itineraries that travelers
chose not to take part in. No refunds will be made for
missing transfers or sightseeing tours due to changes or
delays in airline schedules. Jeet Travel will not refund any
money for changes in travel arrangements made by the
traveler after the departure date. Any service issue
affecting the quality of the guest's hotel stay must be
addressed directly with the hotel's management at the time
the issue arises since refunds cannot be given for such
inconveniences. We cannot control what properties charge at
any time and therefore cannot guarantee our fares will
always be lower. There are no refunds for perceived
overcharges. No guarantees or warranties, express or
implied, are made that the tour package will meet all of the
traveler's expectations. Airlines and hotels occasionally
create overbooked conditions. These entities will compensate
passengers affected by over bookings. Our agency cannot be
held responsible for these situations and will not refund
moneys for such situations since they are beyond our
control. Passengers need to present and resolve their
compensation issues to the hotel or airline directly at the
time the situation arises. |

CHOICE OF LAW
AND VENUE: All questions of law in any action
based upon any claim of breach of this agreement shall be
determined in accordance with the laws of the Government of
India as existing at the time of such action. Any action
brought by either party based on any claim arising under or
as a result of this contract or based on the tour package of
which it is a part, shall be brought in a court of competent
jurisdiction in Amritsar, Punjab. |

NOT INCLUDED:
Airport departure or entry taxes not included in
ticket taxes. Passengers must pay in cash on location.
Documentation: All travel documents are the responsibility
of the passenger. A valid passport is required with valid
visa of the destination countries wherever required. Some
vaccinations may be required.
- Additional expenses such as laundry, alcoholic beverages
(except when included), excess baggage charges, baggage
insurance, meals (except as indicated in itineraries) or
items of a personal nature. Hotel bellmen and chambermaid
service. Tips and gratuities of any kind. |

RESPONSIBILITY:
Jeet Travel, 3, Deep Complex, 1nd Floor , Court Road,
Amritsar- 143001, Punjab, acts only as agents for the
passenger in regards to travel, whether by air, rail,
automobile, bus, van, plane, boat, or any other conveyance,
and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident,
delay or irregularity, which may be caused due to defect in
any vehicle, acts of God, war, riots, or for any company or
person involved in conveying the passenger or in carrying
out arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept any
responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to
delay or changes in schedules or other causes such as
strikes. All such losses will be the responsibility of the
passenger. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments
in the itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel any tour
prior to departure, in which case a full refund will
constitute a full settlement of all liability. Jeet Travel
is not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage before,
during or after the tour program. The right is reserved to
decline, to accept, or retain any passenger as a member of
the tour program. The issuance of vouchers or tickets shall
be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The airline
concerned is not to be held liable for any act, omission, or
event during the time passenger are not on board their
craft. The services of any IATA or ARC carrier may be used
in conjunction with these tours. The passenger's tickets
when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the
airlines and the purchaser and/or passenger. All rates
published in any venue are based on exchange rates and
tariffs and are subject to change. All taxes, gratuities and
porterage charges are subject to deletions, additions or
changes without notice. These items are not covered under
the control of Jeet Travel, since changes in Government
regulations and labor agreements cannot always be
anticipated in advance. Jeet Travel is not responsible for
any changes initiated by the passenger after departure. |
